1. Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing Fanlace you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally permitted to view and transact in adult content. Fanlace is not available in jurisdictions where such content is unlawful, including Iran and sanctioned regions, and access from those regions is blocked.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Creators & content

Creators must complete identity and age verification before publishing. Creators retain ownership of their content and grant Fanlace a limited license to host, process, and deliver it to entitled subscribers. Creators are responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary rights and consents for everyone depicted.

4. Payments

• Subscriptions, pay-per-view, and tips are processed through the available rails: Telegram Stars (non-explicit goods only), cryptocurrency, and cards.
• Telegram Stars may never be used to purchase explicit content, per platform and store policy.
• Prices are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, sales of digital content are final.
• Creator earnings, fees, and payouts are governed by the creator terms presented in your dashboard.

5. Acceptable use

Strictly prohibited, with zero tolerance:

• Any content involving minors (CSAM) or anyone under 18 — this is reported to authorities.
• Non-consensual content, content depicting real violence or coercion, or content that violates anyone's rights.
• Impersonation, fraud, or uploading content you do not have the rights to.
• Circumventing geographic, age, or payment restrictions.

6. Content license & intellectual property

You may not copy, redistribute, or resell creators' content. Paywalled media is delivered only to entitled viewers; capturing or sharing it is a violation of these Terms and may infringe creators' rights.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or risk to the platform or its users. You may close your account at any time, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Fanlace is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — to be set with counsel].
