Fanlace respects intellectual-property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe your work has been used on Fanlace without authorization, you may submit a takedown notice.
Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL(s) or enough detail to locate the allegedly infringing material on Fanlace.
- Your contact information (name, address, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the elements required by the DMCA. We may restore the content if the original complainant does not pursue legal action within the statutory period.
Repeat infringers
Fanlace terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users and creators who are repeat infringers.
