All persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct made available through Fanlace were over the age of 18 at the time the content was created.

Age & identity verification

Every creator completes Fanlace's in-house age and identity verification — including date of birth and government-issued photo identification — before they are permitted to publish. Verification records are maintained in a secure, access-controlled system.

Records required under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A are maintained by the Custodian of Records:

Content produced by creators

Fanlace is a platform that hosts content uploaded by independent creators.
