1. What we collect

• Account data — email, display name, and (if used) your Telegram identity.
• Verification data — for creators, date of birth and government ID / selfie images submitted for age and identity verification.
• Transaction data — purchases, subscriptions, tips, and payout details. Card and crypto payments are handled by payment processors; we store transaction metadata, not full card numbers.
• Usage & device data — interactions, approximate location (from network/CDN headers, used for geo-restrictions), and basic device/log information.

2. How we use it

To operate the service, process payments, verify age and identity, keep the platform safe (including content-safety scanning), comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you.

3. Storage & security

Media is stored on infrastructure we control. Verification documents are held in a separate, access-controlled store — never served publicly — and every staff access is logged. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data; encryption-at-rest and short retention for sensitive documents are part of our production hardening.

4. Content-safety scanning

Uploaded media is scanned for known illegal content before it is stored. Confirmed matches are blocked, recorded, and reported to the appropriate authorities (e.g. NCMEC) as required by law.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payment processors, content-safety providers, email delivery), and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

Age/identity verification records are retained as required by applicable record-keeping law (e.g. seven years for §2257). Other data is kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Subject to legal retention requirements, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may close your account. Contact us to exercise these rights.
